Governor Andrew Cuomo has lost control of New York and is trying very hard to shift the blame for his mismanagement of the state and its spiking crime. In his effort to distract New Yorkers from his terrible performance as governor, Cuomo is starting a fight with gun manufacturers, blaming them for the state's rising crime. Breitbart's AWR Hawkins writes: During his Tuesday gun control speech, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) announced the re-instatement of a law designed to allow gun companies to be sued under the pretext of “public nuisance.” This puts New York on a collision course with … [Read more...]
You Ain't Taking My Guns
“According to statistics from the NRA, around 23% of women in the U.S. own guns, when just 13% did in 2005,” writes Susanne Edward in her piece in Americas1stFreedom, “The RISE of the Woman Gun Owner.”
“The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF),” she continues, “has documented a 77% rise in female gun ownership since 2005.”
As Democrats target the suburban female demographic in 2020, they might want to check that, “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47” strategy at the door.
Millions of men and women across America are here to tell Democrats "You ain't takin' my guns." Read more about Americans fighting back against gun control below:
ALERT: Gun Owners Fight San Jose’s Unconstitutional Attacks
San Jose wants law-abiding firearms owners to pay for the damages and crime caused by the city's criminals. Gun owners are fighting back against this unconstitutional attack on the Second Amendment and equal treatment under the law. Phil Shiver reports in The Blaze: In a unanimous vote Tuesday night, the progressive San Jose City Council passed ordinances to "require every gun owner to buy liability insurance coverage for their firearms" and "pay a fee to compensate taxpayers for the emergency medical and police responses to gun-related injuries and deaths," the San Francisco Chronicle … [Read more...]
Gun Grab: Biden “Nukes” the Second Amendment
In his rambling remarks on the Second Amendment, Joe Biden made one thing clear, he doesn't respect your right to bear arms. Biden also fell into a common trap for gun grabbers. Despite believing that AR-15s are "weapons of war" and should be confiscated immediately, Biden also seems to believe that they are not dangerous enough to pose a threat in any war. Try to understand that logic. At the Spectator, Matt Purple examines Biden's comments, writing: Joe Biden has released a new statement on gun control and it’s about as concise and coherent as you would expect. Here’s an excerpt per a White … [Read more...]

Second Amendment Sanctuaries: Over 61% of Counties Now Protected
According to SanctuaryCounties.com, over 61% of America's counties now fall under Second Amendment Sanctuary legislation. Noah Davis reports: There are now 1,930 counties that are protected by Second Amendment Sanctuary legislation at either the state or county level. This represents 61.39% of all of the counties in the United States of America. Strangely, as was recently pointed out by Lee Williams, The Gun Writer, the media seems to be ignoring this movement still, for the most part. We have seen plenty of news about Constitutional Carry, which is another movement that we are actually quite … [Read more...]
Is the Ammo Shortage Almost Over?
This isn't the first ammunition shortage Your Survival Guy has encountered. Back in 2013 Americans were battling efforts at major gun control, and buying up ammo fast in preparation for failure. In 2020, Americans were buying guns and ammunition at a rapid pace, emptying shelves in gun stores while Democrats prepared a severe crackdown on law-abiding gun owners. The run on guns wasn't helped by governors abusing their COVID-19 response powers to limit gun sales. It appears now that the rapid pace of ammunition and firearms sales that has been kept up for a year now might be slowing a … [Read more...]
St. Louis Democrats Fight Missouri for More Gun Control
Your most recent memory of St. Louis could be the attempt to prosecute the McCloskey family. The McCloskey's live in St. Louis and made the mistake of brandishing firearms when a mob of radical BLM activists began destroying their property and threatening their lives. Did anything happen to the trespassing vandals? Initial charges against the nine trespassers were dropped by the city. Meanwhile, a prosecution of the McCloskey's was initiated, and the couple was forced to plead guilty to misdemeanor charges of assault and harassment, despite their intention to simply spend the day with … [Read more...]
REVOLT: Texas’s Gov. Greg Abbott Fights Biden Agenda
In what Politico calls a "revolt against the new administration," Texas Governor Greg Abbott has refused to accept the Biden administration's radical left-wing agenda. Politico reports: In the span of a week, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has signed bills restricting the teaching of critical race theory and allowing Texans to carry handguns without a license. He’s preparing to order state lawmakers back into a special session to pass legislation restricting voting access, a GOP priority. And in the most pugilistic affront to President Joe Biden’s White House yet, he announced Texas will build its … [Read more...]

Texas Fights Federal Gun Control and Commerce Clause Abuse
You know that Texas has become the 21st state to allow permitless carry (starting in September), but you may not know that Gov. Greg Abbott signed another bill at the same time that would allow for Texans to buy silencers without a license, as long as they were built in Texas. The bill not only tests the federal government's control over the 2nd Amendment but also the extent to which the Constitution's Commerce Clause protects commerce within the boundaries of a state. The Commerce Clause gives Congress the power “to regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and … [Read more...]
