I've already told you that time may be running out on the second Amendment protections reinforced by the Supreme Court verdict in D.C. vs. Heller. With President Obama's nomination of the anti-gun Judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court to replace long-time protector of the second Amendment Justice Antonin Scalia, Americans' rights are under threat. You need to get your gun and training now, before it's too late. On Monday I explained that finding the right firearm for you is of the utmost importance. With the help of Sig Sauer Academy Director Adam Painchaud, you should be well on your … [Read more...]
Recession and the Stock Market
Dick Young writes in the most recent issue of Richard C. Young's Intelligence Report: If you have been with me for a while, you've read two of my most recent issues—Embrace Russia, Ditch the Saudis and Turks and Crack! You're in Your Tomb (about the real threat of an EMP attack knocking out America's power grid). Well, there is more, much more, to be concerned about. Young Research subscribes to a $50,000/year European database that allows us to gauge the turning points in the economic and monetary cycles that underpin the financial markets. Many months ago, I concluded that the American … [Read more...]
Get Your Gun and Your Training Now, Part II
Last week I told you about Barack Obama's radical nomination to the Supreme Court, Merrick Garland. I urged you to get your guns and training now. In your quest to become a proficient, effective marksman and to gain the ability to protect yourself and your family, it's important to own the right firearm. Here Sig Sauer Academy's Director Adam Painchaud discusses how to find the proper pistol fit. A bulky gun, or one that disappears in your hand will hurt your accuracy. Obama Nominates Garland: Get Your Gun and Your Training Now
Do you own a firearm? If not, for the safety of you and your family you should consider buying one now. President Obama has nominated the radical, anti-gun judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court seat vacated by the passing of long-time second amendment supporter Justice Antonin Scalia. If Garland reaches the high court, he'll tip the balance of justices to a majority against the individual right to bear arms. The NRA released a statement skewering Garland over his record: Obama has already nominated two Supreme Court justices who oppose the right to own firearms and there is absolutely … [Read more...]
This Fed Policy has cost Savers Billions
A study of Federal Reserve policy has shown that savers have lost billions thanks to misguided actions by the Fed. CNBC reports: Various academic studies have shown that the low interest rates have pushed even more money into mattresses as savers have sought to make up for not getting returns by putting away more money. The overall savings rate went from 3.3 percent in 2006 to 5.2 percent in 2016, according to research from NerdWallet, a personal finance information site. NerdWallet took those rates, then applied them to average disposable personal incomes and used as a baseline a $25,000 … [Read more...]
U.S. Power Grid More Vulnerable Than Ukraine's?
Last December a cyber attack crippled Ukraine's power grid. Engineers were able to manually restart power, workers still have to control the system manually. In many U.S. power systems, no manual overrides exist. A similar attack on the grid could leave America out of power much longer. WIRED's Kim Zetter reports: Regardless, the successful assault holds many lessons for power generation plants and distribution centers here in the US, experts say; the control systems in Ukraine were surprisingly more secure than some in the US, since they were well-segmented from the control center business … [Read more...]

Hillary for Prison 2016
There will be more fights. George Soros’ funded Moveon.org will guarantee it. “Can one imagine how the media would pile on Trump if working-class white males in Trump T-shirts invaded a Hillary Clinton rally and shut it down?” asks Pat Buchanan. Actually, I’d prefer they wear the “Hillary for Prison 2016” T-shirts. Prediction. Given their "victory" in Chicago, MoveOn.org and its allied nasties will try to replicate it, again and again. And as Americans came to despise the '60s radicals, they will come to despise them. And, as in the 1960s, the country will take a turn -- to the … [Read more...]
Illinois and Missouri on March 15th
Florida and Ohio are obviously the big states in tomorrow’s GOP primaries, but let’s not forget about Illinois and Missouri. Both states award delegates on a congressional-district level. If a candidate wins the districts he wins all the delegates. "Together, Missouri and Illinois will award 121 delegates — which would go a long way in helping Trump stay “on track” for the nomination even if he loses either Florida or Ohio,” writes David Wasserman: And so Illinois and Missouri are a big part of the reason Tuesday is such a huge fork in the road. If Trump sweeps Florida, Illinois, Missouri and … [Read more...]
