If you haven’t heard about the firing of The Donald Trump of Sports Radio, you can read about it here. I wrote about the firing of Gerry Callahan from WEEI earlier this week: On Friday, New England sports radio station WEEI fired its long-time morning co-host Gerry Callahan. What a shame. If you wanted a dose of sports and a dependable conservative take on politics, you found a home with Gerry Callahan. In his Twitter bio, Callahan writes: "When a conservative doesn’t like a radio show, he changes the station. When a liberal doesn’t like a radio show, he demands it be taken off the … [Read more...]

Tucker Explains: Americans Don’t Want a War with Iran
Tucker Carlson recently had Jim Antle, the editor of The American Conservative, on his show to discuss President Trump's response to Iran shooting down an American drone. Antle made solid points about the inconsistency of Trump's critics' points, and that Americans don't want a war with Iran. Antle and Carlson then discussed the hypocrisy of the President's critics who simultaneously want him to forget enforcing America's borders, while at the same time redrawing the borders and violating the borders of countries in the Middle East. “Whatever his faults I love Donald Trump”: Part II
Yesterday I wrote to you about Donald Devine and his conclusion that "Whatever his faults, I love President Donald Trump." In his lengthy and well thought out piece in The American Conservative, Devine quoted an episode of the Lew Rockwell Show in which Rockwell interviewed Tucker Carlson. Here's another part of the show in which Tucker answers the question "why does the ruling class hate the American working class so much?" Here's how it went: Tucker, your book, I was thrilled to see, pushed Bob Woodward out of number one on the New York Times best-seller list. Amazon said that they’re … [Read more...]
“Whatever his faults I love Donald Trump”
At The American Conservative, Donald Devine gives credit to Tucker Carlson who, as Devine writes, was "ahead of the curve." Carlson has awoken conservatives to the reality that today's GOP isn't their father's GOP, nor will it be. Times are changing, and sharp eyed observers like Carlson will be necessary guides. Devine, in his piece also writes that whatever his faults, he loves President Trump for forcing this drastic rethink. He writes: Whatever his faults, I love President Donald Trump. He’s forced conservative and libertarian intellectuals to rethink their long-held assumptions, … [Read more...]
