Thanks to its long association with the heavily unionized auto industry, Michigan has traditionally been the heart of America's pro-collective bargaining territory. But after decades of union bosses driving good businesses under, and sending their employees onto unemployment, in 2012 Michigan's government passed a law giving the state's employees the Right to Work beginning on March 28, 2013. Since then, the state has been attracting a lot of business. Here's a sample of some recent wins for Michigan from the National Right to Work Committe: Right to Work states are always attracting new … [Read more...]
More Businesses Choose RIGHT TO WORK States
You know businesses want to locate their operations in Right to Work states. Employees, when given the chance, most times want to work independently of collective bargaining. Tennessee is attracting many businesses with its Right to Work protections for employees. The National Right to Work Committee reports: Tennessee’s economy is thriving, and these businesses that are investing here are proof of it. The Right to Work state provides businesses with opportunities and benefits that they simply can’t get in a forced-unionism state. So it’s no wonder that there are four states investing in … [Read more...]
Right to Work Laws Boost Business
You know that forced unionism is a sickness many states suffer from, but Right to Work is the cure. No third party should hold a veto over the agreement between an employee and an employer. Despite that inalienable truth, the right to work is constantly under fire from Democrats who survive on the forced union dues funneled into their campaign coffers. In Mississippi, ensuring workers have the Right to Work is bringing in even more business to the state. The National Right to Work Committee reports: Right to Work Mississippi is seeing many new economic developments. In this post, we’re … [Read more...]

Tucker Carlson: Big Tech Censors COVID-19 Vaccine Dissent
Getting the Covid vaccine is a personal health decision. If you have questions about it you should be able to get some straight answers, don’t you think? But that’s not what’s happening. Tucker Carlson explains (abridged): Anyone who tells you the details of the ongoing Potemkin impeachment trial are important is probably trying to distract you from something that actually is, like our ongoing COVID pandemic. After months of hearing that life could never return to normal until we get a vaccine, we got a vaccine (two, actually), but life did not return to normal. In fact, life got worse. We … [Read more...]
Unmasking Heath and Human Services Secretary Nominee Xavier Becerra
Let’s unmask Health and Human Services secretary nominee Xavier Becerra shall we? According to the WSJ’s Review and Outlook written back in December: Joe Biden checked two Democratic boxes—Hispanic and lefty—on Monday by tapping California Attorney General Xavier Becerra to run Health and Human Services. Progressives are ecstatic, but Mr. Becerra’s views and lack of health-care experience are cause for close Senate confirmation scrutiny. The Democratic identity politics crowd has been clamoring for Mr. Biden to appoint another Hispanic to his cabinet in addition to Alejandro Mayorkas at … [Read more...]
Trump’s Great White Wall: Part III
“I never liked Reagan much,” Papaw later told me. 'But I hated that son of a bitch Mondale.'” And that was the one and only time Papaw voted for a Republican explains J.D. Vance in his #1 New York Times bestseller Hillbilly Elegy. Why did Vance’s grandfather vote for Reagan? Because Reagan connected with the “workingman” much in the way Donald Trump has connected with the “Forgotten Man.” And how about the attacks on Trump or Reagan for that matter? Does, or will, the Great White Wall ever disappear and go quietly into the night? Hardly. The Great White Wall that supported Trump is America. … [Read more...]
How Vulnerable are Vital U.S. Military Systems to GPS Jamming & Spoofing?
Just ask the Russians who’ve made massive investments in electronic warfare and turned their cell phone towers into GPS jammers. They’ve also created “one of the most aggressive electronic warfare environments,” in Syria and are jamming F-35 GPS Systems near Iran. Foreign Policy even points out that Vladimir Putin’s bodyguards use a GPS Spoofer to protect the Russian president against drone strikes. Putin’s bodyguards are using what on its face is a counterintuitive approach to prevent assassination attempts by drone. The GPS spoofer that travels with Putin impersonates civilian GPS signals … [Read more...]
Vance Returns to Ohio to Create New VC Opportunities
Originally posted on March 23, 2017. You may recognize the name J.D. Vance from his bestselling book Hillbilly Elegy which I wrote about in the "Trump’s Great White Wall" series (Read Parts I, II, III, and IV). In the book you see how he made himself into a success. Vance worked for Peter Thiel’s Mithril Capital and is now moving back home, according to this WSJ article, to work for Steve Case’s (founder of AOL) investment funds Revolution LLC. to bring venture capital to the Ohio area. “A lot of problems I write about are not entirely economic,” said Mr. Vance, 32 years old. “But a lot … [Read more...]
Misery in Missouri
As Missouri voters soon head to the polls to cast a vote in what has become a very tight race between Attorney General Josh Hawley (R), and a Sen. Claire McCaskill (D), it would pay to think about which candidate is more likely to side with hard working voters rather than union bosses. Read through this piece I wrote on August 9, 2018, and consider who will fight against union corruption. The answer of course, is Josh Hawley. On Tuesday, union bosses spent big money to strong arm voters in Missouri to overturn a recently passed (2016) right-to-work law. Overturning its right-to-work laws … [Read more...]
