Everyone is talking about the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down Biden’s OSHA-led vaccine mandate. That’s good, but they’re missing the big picture. There’s terrible news out of the Supreme Court with two of the so-called “conservatives,” Chief Justice John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh, letting America down again. Their decision to join the progressives in a 5-4 decision to uphold the vax mandate on 10 million healthcare workers is NOT constitutional. And judging by the way the liberal wing was talking, they clearly want to rule every aspect of your life.
It’s simply terrible. The liberal ruling steps on states and puts the POWER in the hands of the central planners in Washington, D.C. Look, I’m Your Survival Guy, not Judge Judy, but this is rotten to the core. The problem will grow from here. How about those who want a testing option? They’ll be shut down and forced to choose between their jobs or the JAB. And how many future Americans will decide NOT to become a healthcare provider because of this mandate?
Action Line: Stand up. How will your state and local government stand up to the feds? Do your local leaders have what it takes? Because if the government’s tentacles stretch into your neck of the woods, they’ll use this “healthcare” mandate to push their own agenda on you in the name of “health.” This is the tip of the iceberg. How blind are Roberts and Kavanaugh? Come on. If you think your governor is just going to crumble under federal pressure, it’s time for you to look for a better America today.
