Congratulations to New Hampshire Governor-Elect Kelly Ayotte

Senator Kelly Ayotte (New Hampshire) gives the keynote address during the opening ceremony for the National Association of Landscape Professionals’ 19th annual Renewal and Remembrance at Arlington National Cemetery, July 20, 2015. Over 400 volunteers worked on 200 of the cemetery’s 624 acres. Some of the work done was mulching, pruning, aerating, planting, liming and applying gypsum. (U.S. Army photo by Rachel Larue/released)

When you look at the blue wall that is New England, we’ll take any little victory we can get as Republican Kelly Ayotte wins the race for governor of New Hampshire. You know from Your Survival Guy’s Super States that the “Live Free or Die State” is the last bastion of hope for the region. That and northern parts of Vermont and Maine. Is it shocking that residents of blue New England states are voting with their feet and moving to the South? In New Hampshire, the GOP looks to have expanded its control in both the state Senate and the state House. Stay tuned; this is a megatrend that is just gaining traction.
