Your Survival Guy’s (snow)boots on the ground intelligence is simple: Trump won in a landslide in a state where too much blood and treasure has been lost to senseless political wars. Trump won big in eight of nine counties, with big wins in all the counties that border Massachusetts. Talk about a border election.
Yes, this is about illegal immigration, but it’s also about competition between states. Nowhere in the country is there a lighthouse of freedom shining brighter amongst big blue blob states than red New Hampshire in New England.
Southern New Hampshire is basically Massachusetts north.
It’s home to escapees who took their economic freedom seriously. To them, it is all about the economy stupid, as they crossed the border to improve their lives. They took action to live in the “live free or die” state because that’s where their money is well respected. I like this trend working for Trump in Biden country where there will be fierce competition for the economic vote.
Which leads me to Biden in the general. The best thing that’s happened for money-oriented voters is that Biden has escaped the basement. He is the new “Anybody but…” candidate, as his handlers have the impossible task of reeling him off the stage. “Somebody hit the mic!” could be said for when Harris is on stage, too—another gift for the opposition.
Will Nikki Haley drop out and become Trump’s VP? His base can’t stand her, but she wins two-thirds of the unaffiliated vote. Trump’s base could hold its nose and vote if it takes Haley to bring around the unaffiliated. The word of the day is unity. Look how fast those who have dropped out circled their wagons around Trump. It wouldn’t be a bad move for Haley.
