The U.S. Department of Justice has challenged California’s new law banning Glocks and similar firearms. California claims its ban is a result of the ability to add a “switch” that makes the firearms automatic, but Gun Owners of America Senior Vice President Erich Pratt says the ban is unconstitutional.
