You know that retirees aren’t just looking for “happiness,” they’re looking for peace of mind. One of the most peaceful places you’ll ever visit is Acadia National Park in Maine. Acadia is a bit of a lonely national park, far away from the clusters of them out in Arizona, Utah, and California. Isolated up in Maine, Acadia is a shorter trip for many on the East Coast, and well worth it. You might not find anywhere as peaceful to spend a little money foolishly. Watch the film below about Acadia by Jeff Dobbs for the story of Acadia National Park.
Action Line: If you’re headed to New England to visit Acadia National Park, and you want to meet Your Survival Guy to talk about your retirement portfolio, email me at ejsmith@yoursurvivalguy.com. And click here to subscribe to my free monthly Survive & Thrive letter.
