Stop Eating All that Crap

You know the way Americans eat needs an overhaul. Which is why the uproar over Trump’s nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., for Health and Human Services Secretary, is rich. The American diet is a mess. It’s like they’re in the business of getting people sick, working hand in hand with big pharma.

From my experiences traveling and eating in Paris, when you bite into a piece of freshly baked, ancient grain bread, it’s the sound of the crunch that’s as amazing as the taste. It’s not loaded with crap ingredients.

If you have a minute, watch Jillian Michaels’s interview from last night with Jesse Waters on Fox News, and you understand that it’s the leadership class who are misleading the masses. It’s time for them to take a back seat.

In the Washington Examiner, Heath Hunter reports on Michaels’s praise for RFK Jr., writing:

Jillian Michaels, celebrity fitness trainer and nutritionist, rejoiced President-elect Donald Trump’s announcement to nominate former 2024 presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be the next health and human services secretary.

“Thank you @realDonaldTrump for being a man of your word. This could NOT have been easy to accomplish. I’m very, very grateful,” Michaels wrote on X in response to Trump’s announcement.

The Keeping It Real podcast host has been openly advocating Kennedy to be head of HHS.

Like Kennedy, she has been a longtime skeptic of the messaging of the food industry and pharmaceutical business pushing unhealthy products on Americans.

Michaels admits that she was previously a health ambassador for the Clinton Global Initiative but has been evolving in her political views.

The former Biggest Loser trainer, who has been a longtime Democrat, said on Fox News’s Hannity Wednesday night that she voted for Trump.

“I do agree that the Left has gone completely bananas,” Michael said. “But what we have to do in my opinion to help calm them down, because as much as I wanted tell you that they are insane, they are crazy, I don’t think it gets us anywhere.”
