Recently at YourSurvivalGuy.com, you read about the Butterfly Effect— that’s “the notion that a butterfly stirring the air today in Peking can transform storm systems next month in New York,” explained by James Gleick in Chaos. In other words, the weather is like a domino effect. But what about non-weather events? Like a dead animal in China. Look at the COVID storm we’re in today. What’s even more disastrous is how government officials in certain blue states (Cuomo in NY and Newsom in CA) have created chaos. You just can’t make it up, especially when compared to Gov/s Kristi Noem, SD, and … [Read more...]
Looking for a Better America
After decades of urbanization, Americans are rebelling against the “bigger is better” mentality of city-living. Seeking a smaller, more affordable, sustainable, and secure lifestyle, some are venturing out from the mega-cities in search of a different life.
A number of techniques have become popular in an effort to save, especially scaling down the size of one’s home. Living small and saving big is even better when it’s coupled with living in a state that treats you more like a human than an ATM it can withdraw money from.
Look for a better America today. Start by reading what I have written to help you below:
How One Man and His Family Survived the Texas Deep Freeze
Among the millions who suffered in Texas during the recent deep freeze, there were some rare individuals and families who persevered. These were people who kept calm, had already done some level of preparation, and didn't wait for others to solve their problems for them. One of these survivors is Mike Papa, who writes for The Federalist. Papa has endured many hurricanes in Texas, and applied the survival knowledge he gained from those rough encounters to keep his wife and children safe and comfortable during the deep freeze. Here's how he survived: Due to the storm, our family, which … [Read more...]
Permitless Carry Corridor Expands: Red States Trouncing Blue States on Freedom
You're free to move about your country, as Montana becomes the 18th state to abolish its concealed carry permit requirement. According to the NRA, the other states with permitless carry are: Alaska Arizona Arkansas Idaho Kansas Kentucky Maine Mississippi Missouri New Hampshire North Dakota Oklahoma South Dakota Utah Vermont West Virginia Wyoming Every state that borders Montana now has permitless carry. With the signing by Gov. Spencer Cox of Utah of his state's permitless carry bill, Montanans can now carry from the Canadian border, all … [Read more...]
Your Retirement Life: Meet Larry the Car Wash Guy
This is one of my favorite stories about a guy following his passion and making a career out of it. If you haven’t checked out his videos on how to wash a car, then you’re in for a treat. Enjoy! CNBC tells the story of Larry Kosilla, a Wall Street trader who decided to give up the fast lane to instead pursue his dream of being around expensive cars all the time. Marguerite Ward reports: “You can’t fake enthusiasm,” Kosilla tells CNBC. “There’s not enough money in the world to fake enthusiasm.” He created a website Ammo NYC to sell detailing products online in 2011. From there, he … [Read more...]
America’s Growth Corridors as Written in 2013 by Joel Kotkin
In 2013, in contrast to the majority of the establishment media, Joel Kotkin wrote that America's future economic growth would be driven by what he called "four growth corridors," including "the Great Plains, the Intermountain West, the Third Coast (spanning the Gulf states from Texas to Florida), and the Southeastern industrial belt." Kotkin told readers of The Wall Street Journal that these growth corridors tended to be "generally less dense, more affordable, and markedly more conservative and pro-business." He continued: Overall, these corridors account for 45% of the nation's land … [Read more...]
The Election RESET of EPIC Proportions is UnMasked
Once you dig through the arrogance, you begin to see exactly what’s happening in the Great Reset. It was right in front of our eyes as the election rules were changed by the so-called "woke," to cancel votes. And they say with a straight face the only way to deal with opposing views is the cancel them. You know, just delete what they say—Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg style. A recent article in TIME, by Molly Ball gives away perhaps more of the strategy the woke left used to game the election than they would have liked. One stunning revelation in the piece was just how much control … [Read more...]
“An Informer for Federal and Local Law Enforcement”
On January 27, amidst media consensus that the “Proud Boys” and other right-wing organizations had organized the Capitol riots, a former federal prosecutor turned over federal court proceedings to Reuters showing that the Proud Boys’ national leader, one Enrique Tarrio, was “an informer for federal and local law enforcement.” But Tarrio was not at the Capitol riot. Nor is there any evidence that anyone in his organization did anything to organize it. This much is clear: the FBI knew everything that this little group was doing, and has had at least some hand in what the Proud Boys have and … [Read more...]
Are $2,000 Checks Going to Rebuild NYC?
You can't rebuild the world's biggest economy with printed money. Production and business are what really make an economy strong, not the number of dollars in circulation. John Cogan and John Taylor explain in the Wall Street Journal that these sorts of payments don't do anything. They write: President-elect Biden is promising another round of federal spending to “stimulate” the economy. Jumping on the bandwagon for $2,000 checks may be only the beginning. But history shows such spending does nothing to stimulate the economy. In the end, it only adds to the federal debt. Since the … [Read more...]
The Death of the Dollar and America’s AA Credit
Here’s a way forward. Help spread the word about what’s going on in America. As the Fed continues to debase the dollar, the stage is set for its inevitable death along with America’s AA government bond rating. At what point will investors, not just American investors, seek investment shelter in more attractive waters? When investors can cross borders with a few keystrokes, what’s keeping them from investing outside of America? The Biden/Harris cabal is loaded with ex-tech titans and a former Fed head. One who is stuffed to the gills from speaking fees paid by banks. The same banks that … [Read more...]
What Living in Two Americas Looks Like Today
Buckle down, America, because finding your freedom is about the get a-whole-lot harder. With Warnock’s likely defeat of Loeffler, it’s clear we live in two Americas. As of this morning, it’s not clear if we live in a Senate controlled by Democrats. What is clear is we live in two Americas: Blue and Red. Whether it’s seated at family gatherings or a bird’s eye view from coast to coast, where blue is seated at each end, and red fills in the middle. There is a divide on all levels: state, county, and local. In my conversations with successful Georgians (anecdotal, of course) they tell me … [Read more...]
